life as a navy wife?

Okay- so reading Lucys Blog all the time really made me want to make one of my own. ( well that and i have been up since 4 am and have already throughly cleaned the house, showered, took roscoe out, and went for a run so im a little bored!)

well hopefully i can keep this updated alot so that instead of everyone questioning everyone else they can read what we are up to on here!

well as all of you should know- Ryan and i got married in May- May 12th actually to be precise :-) we have been together since January 21st 2005. So this january will be 4 years!

Ryan is in the Navy ( its been almost a year now- october 15)
we are stationed currently in Goose Creek Sc for his schooling. He has 18 months of schooling all together and has already been through 7. He is in Power School right now ( second 6 months) In February is when he will graduate from power school and move up to Proto type where we have the option to stay down here or choose to move up to New York state. Right now we are pretty sure we are gonna stick to staying down here- but you never know!
our house is pretty nice- its a three bedroom two bathroom which does very nicely for ry and i! ( and visitors which we will always take!)lol and the location of our house is really nice- since i do not have my license quite yet i am able to walk to some of the places i need to go- and all of our friends somehow live within 10 minute walks all around us!

we also have a wonderful really weird dog haha. Roscoe is our child for the moment and you can tell by how spoiled he is! He is a newfoundland- lab mix- but mostly lab just a little larger- and he will be four between october and december. Im very glad to have him here because he is so entertaining!

Ryans schedule is pretty hectic and it sometimes makes being married hard but it always gives us something to work at. We get up every morning between 4 and 4:30 am and is off before 6:30 for class. he gets a lunch break between 11:30 and 12:30 each day ( evened out to 15 minutes because of traffic) and then depending on his given hours and homework can be gone until 9pm sometimes or later. ( they cant bring any papers or books out of school so if he has a test to study for- or homework he has to stay in the building to do so)
so i usually have alot of time on my hands--but with my new friends and roscoe i usually find somethign to do ( our house is usually pretty clean haha)

alright well just wanted everyone to have the basic stuff that keeps getting asked! hah
im sure ill be writing more throughout this week :-)
